- Ensuring no unauthorised party can access your account.
- Notify mc12 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your personal information up to date and accurate at all times.
Mc12 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting mc12 customer support.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the mc12 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of mc12 or its respective licensors. No content from this platform may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mc12.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any use beyond this scope constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
